Visit Isla Zapatillas, Tranquilo Bay & Cayo Coral
Explore 2 paradise islands in the Carribaen! This is the archipelagos greatest attraction. Snorkel on pristine reef in crystal clear water and walk the white sand shores where giant turtles nest. You may see sting rays, dolphins and tons of colorful fish. This is where they film the hit TV show Survivor.
Afterwards Visit Coral Caye for lunch at an over water restaurant and more amazing snorkeling. Visit Tranquilo Bay for more snorkeling before heading back to La Vida Resort.

This is a paradise location and is far from the beaten path and allows the opportunity to enjoy a one of a kind location with breathtaking nature. Visit Salt Creek Community
Discover a remote indigenous community surrounded by pristine Jungle. This community is home to Ngabe people, an indigenous population of Panama who live from the land. Hike into well maintained Jungle trails or spot local wildlife with a guide. You can see Sloths, Monkeys, Night Monkeys, Poison Red Frogs, Dwarf Cayman and hundreds of Birds. Learn about the Ngabe way of life, or visit a natural chocolate farm.

Visit Red Frog Beach or Polo Beach
Discover the stunning Red Frog beach and enjoy a fantastic restaurant. If your adventurous book the jungle canopy zip line or a surf lesson.
From here you can hike to the more remote Polo Beach.
Or for those who like a more remote beach, visit Polo Beach where you will meet Mr Polo, a local resident who can cook authentic carbine cuisine such as lobster on a beach fire.

Discover the main town in Bocas del Toro. Rent electric bikes or ATV’s and visit Bluff Beach or Boca Del Drago. Take a boat on to Starfish Beach and snorkel and try the beach restaraunts. Explore Boca Del Drago and Bird island, where you can witness 100’s of bird species.

Visit the Waterfalls, Giant Trees & Bat Caves
Discover 2 stunning waterfalls in s pristine jungle and witness some of the biggest trees in the world! Afterwards head up the river through the jungle and explore the subterranean world of Bastimentos in the bat caves with a guided tour!

Journey to a beautiful botanical gardens and chocolate farm and have an informative tour. Learn about the Animal rehabilitation program and rainforest reforestation initiative. After the tour look for dolphins with a guide, and visit an over the water restaurant for lunch afterwards.
